The MOCHA Work Package 2 team, led by Prof Maria Brenner from Trinity College Dublin, have today published two papers in the Lancet Child and Adolescent Health about MOCHA investigation into the interface of primary care with other health services for children with complex care needs. These papers review the current standards of care for children living with complex needs across Europe, and present a core set of principles and requirements for effective and personalised health and social care.
