MOCHA workshop in European Primary Care conference

A MOCHA Workshop has been confirmed at the European Forum for Primary Care conference in Porto in September 2017.

Representatives of the MOCHA project will present interim analyses and seek feedback on our work so far. This will be a valuable opportunity for external discussion about the MOCHA project. The conference will take place in Porto on 24-26 September.
