The 17th International Conference on Integrated Care is to be held in Dublin, Ireland 08 to 10 May 2017. The conference is entitled: “Building a platform for integrated care: delivering change that matters to people”:
MOCHA is delighted to report that our Work Package 2 research on Complex Care for Children has a full workshop accepted for the programme. Led by Dr. Austin Warters, our social care expert, consideration of Integration of health and social care for children with complex health conditions: an assessment of the policy and organisational context in Europe will report on MOCHA findings to date in this important and under-represented area.
